BlenderNotes
Uses
Notes in Blender [1] can be used for many things, such as leaving a message for someone you're collaborating with, for displaying license info, etc.
Creating a Note
In Blender, middle click on the divide between two windows (In the default view, I middle click on the divide between the button window, and the 3d view window --Kaelisebonrai 04:27, 20 October 2007 (CEST)) Then, split the desired window into two windows. (I split the 3d view window, myself. --Kaelisebonrai 04:27, 20 October 2007 (CEST)) Change one of them, to the "Text Editor" window.
This is where you can put your note(s). You can simply type in this window, or, you can load a text file you wish to display there. (To my knowledge, there is no need to "pack" this file, into the .blend, it seems to be automatic, though, your mileage may vary --Kaelisebonrai 04:27, 20 October 2007 (CEST))
You have now made a note in Blender, congratulations!
